My name is Ken and I’m a gardener. Vegetable and Herb gardening has been one of my passions since 1987. Through the years I’ve experienced the joys and challenges that come with urban, indoor and container gardening. While some years have been more fruitful than others, I’ve always had the pleasure of harvesting vegetables and herbs perfect for canning, cooking, drying or simply enjoying raw.

Urban gardening is more than just planting seeds or transplanting; it’s about making the most of the space that’s available to you. Aside from tending to my plants the other hobbies I enjoy include camping, fishing, playing guitar, cooking, and sightseeing. Just adding color to my life. But the garden is one place where I truly enjoy spending my time.
